This all starts in the Summer of 1999, when I decided to fulfil a boyhood dream, not only to build my own car, but to build what I consider to be one of the most beautiful cars in the world; an AC Cobra 427. I had never built a kit car before, or even stripped an engine down, but I was sure if I took my time, seeked lots of advice and took a logical approach, it should go with out too many problems!  (Who am I kidding?)
